二、个人简介

王璐，男，甘肃兰州人，1992年7月出生，金融学博士。2013-2022年就读于新西兰梅西大学商学院金融专业，陆续获得金融学学士，荣誉学士及博士学位。2022年10月至今在浙江财经大学会计学院国际会计系任教。兼任《Emerging Markets Review》、《Finance Research Letters》、《International Review of Financial Analysis》、《Research in International Business and Finance》等期刊匿名审稿人。

主要研究领域：公司金融、公司治理 （盈余管理、资源分配、管理效率、少数股东、企业社会责任）。
